Everything in this project will already feel familiar, make sense, and seem so obvious you may wonder the value of saying it aloud — Little Language Matters* is only here to add value by lightening the load.

Tracking time is one of those little loads that shows up when you need the goods (aka data). In those moments of feeling the pinch of the pressure to account, report, and give an idea of how much you are actually working. It’s like those few extra kgs when you’re young, you know what to do to drop them, but come this side of old and you find those old ways no longer work and the you need be more consistent, more considered, and more kind in and about your efforts.

You may already have an application that ‘can’ track or time data or you may be in the early early days, this is one take you cannot totally outsource or offload to technology or someone else. This project is designed to be done in a short single session to set you up to build your new business behaviour over the next 4 weeks (we’re talking behaviours to behave in seconds over the container of 4 weeks until notice the mentioned measures succeeding success).

Assumed Knowledge

To complete this project, it is assumed you can perform all tasks with no additional support (autonomy) with the knowing that you will source more information as needed from local or online sources (agency) and you can hold front of mind your growing knowings in building your own business (awareness). In this context, this means you can:

  • follow medium to high level instruction, and

  • acquire and apply knowledge to your business stage.
