You see the ‘It’s not a big thing’ podcast is the central piece that brings everything we do here together all the while inspiring and supporting each business piece to go and grow to play its part.
It is here that we do the perfect amount of enough to get started and to grow our growth out loud out loud to make it readily ready for Solo Business Humans to click, collect, and connect into their own businesses.
Led by our vision (connecting connections through our words) while being built from our working business model (yup, we actually have a business model canvas and we actually use it all the time! And yes, it is adapted to and for the Solo Business-ing). Everything we share here is already supporting more than one Solo Business Human to find their ways in their business days.
The number of Solo Business Humans Little Language Matters* words with at anyone time is kept to the count of one hand, so it is in the ‘It’s not a big thing’ podcast that we share a little more of the growing conversations with the hope, trust, and belief it will kick off the deep thinking for fellow Solo Business Humans.
One of the passion points underlying, interwoven, and noticeable throughout each conversation (when you know how to note it) is the oddly over the top belief that Solo Business Humans can enjoy the business-ing experience when we stop working to be different (than the “others”) and begin being the difference we are working towards.
Little Language Matters* is on a mission to grow Solo Business-ing to being a way of business-ing that both inspires and delivers in and out of the business. We believe the potential benefits for working in a Solo Business Structure are yet to have their surfaces scratched…
…so, we’re here to be the itch for you to scratch.
The first few times always feel the funniest feeling feels until those feelings soon feel that welcomed familiar familiar.
The Podcast
Conversations are the contained containers we can be everything, everywhere, all at once. When we walk among our talk we can find the words that are backing us and blocking us, the asides that are asking too much and returning very little, and learn the language that lets us go places our actions could not act on…yet. Our conversations have everything and nothing to do with the words we are using. And to make it kind for the mind we frequently follow a familiar flow knowing we will know more where we are going but recognising there is something strange in our neighbourhood.
(…seriously, we know we sound totes bonkers and yet our real-world working experience keeps showing us it is working!)
To get the feels, if our conversations could describe themselves then they would smile an asymmetrical smile while looking you warmly in the eye and say they are loving living without the label of being difficult. Our conversations are curious even onto themselves where we are open to learning along the way. No scripts, barely a pencilled outline, usually just an idea not yet spoken aloud….until now.
