Each Project Assumes…

You Want

  • Something that makes sense and you can build yourself.

  • A business asset that can be adapted as you and your business need.

  • To have the options to choose different Business Assets options (i.e., paper or digital).

You Do Not Want

  • Any hand holding 😝 (see LLM*s No-Hand-Holding Policy in OAQs)

  • Download templates (and never use them!)

  • Be overloaded with unnecessary information.

You Can

It is assumed you can perform all tasks with no additional support (autonomy) with the knowing how to source more information as needed from local or online sources (agency) and to hold front of mind your growing knowings in building your own business (awareness). It is assumed you can:

  • create and use a basic spreadsheet

  • follow medium to high level instruction, and

  • acquire and apply knowledge to your business stage.

  3. Efforts (aka Projects)

Often Asked Questions

  • All projects are designed to give you enough information to build your own business assets. This means you can expect:

    • No templates to download

    • No step-by-step instructions (especially about tech), and

    • No shoulds, musts, or have tos (aka, you are responsible for all your actions and decisions).

    We believe Solo Business can be bigger than their business by being both resourced and are resourceful.

  • Yes. Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be granted. Please make your request to kathy@littlelanguagematters.com.au

    Please be kind and let Kathy know why you would like your refund so we can grow in what we know.

    Also, future purchases and refund requests may not be approved (the thinking is, what we do and the way we do our do does grow with what we know, however, we are of the belief that if we don’t click on the first one, it’s likely likely that we’re just not your 🍯).

  • We encourage each project to be go from bought, to begun and done in the same date.

    If you are curious….

    We always giggle at ‘lifetime access’ promises.

    We often find it super not clear to what, or whose, lifetime is being matched and married with the ‘lifetime’ access.

    Here, you can feel comfy and confident that for each single payment you have access to the project for the life of the project.

    There are three important knowings to know in your access:

    1. If there is an instance where the project will no longer be available, we will let you know at least 3 months from the close date.

    2. We continually update our Projects. For you this means you only have access to the current version of the project.

    3. LLM* reserves the decision to change the platform the Projects are delivered from (currently Squarespace). If/when this changes you will be notified and invited to move with us.

  • You too?! More than ever, we are big on who has our data and for what purpose.

    Please note, any data required to log in and pay is for the purpose of the platform (we currently use Squarespace for the project platform and Stripe for payment). We will never ask for your payment or personal data in emails or SMS.

    We can only see your name and email and only access this for any issue resolution.

  • Access to Project

    If you have a question relating to accessing your purchased Project, then you will fill in the form on the project page or in your confirmation email.

    Business Asset Tech

    IT support + Resources for your selected tech, YouTube, friends, local small business support — as a Solo Business Owner it’s important to choose your tech within your skill set and to know how to trouble shoot any of your own tech issues

    (Yes, there is quite a bit of searching and testing at time, so much so that you can expect your tech skills to border experienced to to advanced at times.)
