Business Values
When you want an aligned lens to make meaning, sense what sense is being sensed in being blindsided or feeling an ick you can use your Business Values. When you want to sense of alignment of a choice being chosen or a decision decided, you can use your Business Values as a check point to confirm or change what happens next.

Context
Often a business values are usually on in a dusty digital document long lost in the notes from the last business course or coaching session assets. Or typically, business values are playing a part on an ‘About Us’ webpage where they are there for the customer and long since looked at by the Solo Business Owner.
Definitions

a single or set of words that give (and can be leveraged to give) insight into how a business sees the world, regardless of the circumstance, one or more values will be detect and draw the focus to see that part of an experience.
Application Example, when a subscriber unsubscribes from a business’s Email Direct Marketing (EDM) List, a feeling is often felt by the Solo Business Human (often felt as a personal rejection at first). A Solo Business Human can use one or more of their Business Values to make sense and more meaningful meaning by looking at their Business Values and asking aloud, ‘If I were to know, which of my business values am I feeling right now?’ And, when the answer is noticed (seen, heard, felt, known), then the Solo Business Human can ask, ‘Looking through the lens of [business value name] now, what’s important for me to know about this moment?’

Important Note: It is possible to have personal values and a business values. Often, business values are inspired, or commonly adapted, from the personal values of the Solo Business Human. Defining (or differentiating) the two sets of values in the personal and business contexts strengthens each value to be easier to use and more effective when applying them as a meaning making lens in the business. Moving and maturing personal values to business values (or connecting to new values for the business) is a critical step to achieving a sustainable Solo Business Structure.

The Part of Speech in the Solo Business Dictionary are designed with their use in mind. Each Part of Speech has been created in response to the (almost always) commented comment of, “I can’t remember what a noun or verb is.” and made more practical and to be ready to use in the context of Small Business.action - a movement performed by a human or type of technology (computer or otherwise)
asset - a tangible and/or observable resource that adds value to the business
construct - an idea that has made material by being detected and able to be observe with (a) named measures and/or components
frame - language device designed to focus the mind and make meaning (can include common phrases)
label - a shorthand term used to communicate a categorisation of meeting pre-determined criteria
lens - a language device used to generate data for a specific purpose
relationship - a connection that gains access to a resource
resource - an asset that has value and is accessed through a relationship (when it’s your own we call it your asset)
