When it comes down to it, running in business is about two things — we are here for both.

Begin

We are here for a good time, not a long time. Actually scratch that, we are here to get straight to in business. When it comes to business we see the repeated reinventing of wheels that do what all the wheels have done before, we hear the weight of the words telling everyone to be better before you have already begun in business. be better than then others, make the world a better place, be your best self (and make a profit, and make sure you have work-life balance, and…well you get the drift).

Instead we say, being in business, whether are on day nought or nighty hundred (you know what I’m talking about fellow business humans), running in business can be simplified to two things — deciding and doing.

Honestly, being in your own Solo Business requires some of our most valued resources — time, energy, and money (in that order).

Here we keep these key resources front of mind in everything we do with you and the people you choose to work with. This is why we will not poke at the pain points of feeling stuck, lost, working with all the wrong people or have dried pipelines. We will not pull front of mind the sense of needing to scale, to grow, to stop wondering how the fuck it is going to work or the work is going to get done. We would also not say aloud how we are too tired of being told all the things that we need to have in Solo Business and being left high and dry when it comes to buying, building, bringing it all together in our working ways and days. We need not say that, because you probs already know what parts ring truest for you now. Instead we bring it back to two things — deciding and doing.

While many may rush in with recommendation, checklists, and yet another system that can scale with you and your business, we do as we do here and get above the noise. Instead, move up a little in the thinking behind the business, specially those settled parts that show through in any grounded business with a strong sense of self. You have likely heard these parts through the lenses of marketing, money, and mindset where you need to have a vision, mission, and what you do and with whom (and for good measure make sure you have your business values). Yeah. Nah. They are right, having these is important. Let’s do what we do, and pull front of mind the word stoping us short here…’have’.

It’s important we do more than ā€˜have’ these parts, it is even more important we to ā€˜use’, ā€˜apply’, and ā€˜work with’ these parts. This is where we do two things — deciding and doing.

We share the (brain and buttons) heavy lifting in the deciding and the doing to make sure all the little parts grow into something bigger.

It’s simple, once the vision is clear, the mission is focused, and the values are in play, everything actually comes together. Here we lean on and leverage the lens of language to learn what something is, where it fits, what part is has to play, and put it to work, and we do it with one thing on out mind in Solo Business — all has to be done by one.

If we were you, we would start with something small, something you can do now, something that will give you a sense of what to expect when you say yes to taking us up on one of the offers below. We suggest you start with a Solo Business Projects (our favs are building the business behaviour of (actually) tracking your business time and building your actual Business Asset Register…yup, you may see that we are all for making things actually real 🤭).

And, when you are ready and want share a little of the load, you are most very totally welcome to learn more (and book) below.
