The knowing is simpler, many and most are assigning more to the looping little things in their days and ways (e.g., finding, fixing, or filing), and the big things are continually pushed back...this can begin to change from now.
The little looking to be lightened here has been designed for you to take as is and to tailor as you need and works for the way you work in your business.
When you open the spreadsheet to build your initial build, while columns (literally) from A to Z can seem like a lot, they're not.
The funny part here is that the only thinking you'll (actually) do here is exactly working out what software you have, and then the columns ask only for existing data. It's a very practical project to do in one go or as you go. Enjoy.

Payment(s)
Security (for business and customer/client data)
Line of sight to specific business model areas (this often doesn’t make all the sense for now, but is included as part of being ready for future growth and scale)
Note: The spreadsheet is designed in and is best enjoyed as a Google Sheet. While you can download a .xlsx file, there formatting functions will be limited.
