In this article we’re building on the clarity of the Solo Business (business) year being contained in a single calendar year and taking the thinking one step further. Specifically, we’re working to fit a way Solo Business can (actually) be ‘always on’ year-on-year.

In this article we play out the idea of building on from financial quarters to bringing in the now normal of calendar quarters as a standard way of working in Solo Business.

Somewhere along the way things got too complex. While well meaning, while it worked at the time, and while we were working with what we had, we kinda know something's gotta give now to get where we believe we can be soon enough in Solo Business.
